Bakery: Our baked products are made with passion to produce delicious tasting treats that also are good for your body. Our products contain no processed white flour, reflect seasonally available ingredients, and vary daily. Our retail days are generally Friday & Saturday although they vary based on other teaching or consulting gigs so be sure to check the ‘Bakery’ page for weekly schedule updates. Product development: In addition to creations for our local community I use the space as my ‘laboratory’ for creating products for clients far and wide to incorporate into their own production lines and product offerings. Traditional products are always a pleasure but I have been having requests for, and greatly enjoying the challenge of, developing products using solely whole grain flours as well as gluten free flours.

Education: Finally, this cozy space is perfect for one of my favorite endeavors, teaching! I will be offering baking classes for the home baker, from intrepid individuals pining to embark on a doughlicious journey, to the experienced baker looking to evolve their craft to the next level of excellence.
